| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept card payments through Actinic Payments (powered by Creditcall) We accept all major credit cards other than laser and american express . We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. | Returns Policy Cooling Off Period/Returning an item Consumers have a cooling off period in which they can withdraw from the contract for any reason. The cooling off period begins as soon as the order has been made and ends seven working days after the day of receipt of the goods. In the case where the product has been shipped a normal returns policy would be in place. All products returned must be in a resalable condition in which case we would be happy for these goods to be returned subject to a collection/courier service, which will be deducted from refund payment. Restocking charge is 15% on opened items and subject to managers approval. Please note if you return the goods within 7 days in accordance with the distance selling regulations then no stocking will be made. We will respond to all returns queries within 3 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. all the items we sell are new stock items and would hold a full UK manufacturers Guarantee. All refunds will be processed within 30 working days of receipt of the returned item by Harding Import Export. A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase. Please not that items returned to us that are not through our error will have the shipping charge deducted from the refund amount. Please note in all circumstances Harding Import Ltd shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. Any 'Free Gifts' must also be returned with the item you are returning. Faulty Goods Please contact us before returning goods as many problems can be resolve without the need to return the item and incurring postage costs. Do not remove any fitted items that are deemed faulty or damaged until you have contacted Harding Import Export ltd. In any cases the manufacturers provide an after sales team of engineers who will come out and fix any problems that you may have with their products. If such a service exists we will provide you with the telephone number of the relevant manufacturer's after sales team t speed up the process and make the necessary arrangements directly with them. In the event that you are not satisfied with the service they provide please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve any problems for you, Where this service is not available we will arrange collection and redelivery of the replacement goods within 12 months of delivery. Harding import Export will not be liable for any costs incurred with removal or refitting faulty items. Please note that Harding Import Export may request a photo of any fault/damage before the goods are returned to ourselves. Kitchen sinks:- Please inspect kitchen sinks thoroughly and report any damages, errors and/or shortages immediately. Damaged goods will only be replaced provided the defect/error is notified to us within 3 working days of receipt of goods. In any case we cannot accept liability for damages or errors if goods have been fitted. Damage, faults or errors must be reported via email within 3 working days to sales@h-i-e.co.uk. It is the customers responsibility to ensure we have received any damage fault or error report. Provided that these requirements are met you will be entitled to an exchange or full refund. Items Lost in transit:- We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit: As you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us, we recommend sending the package by recorded/special delivery. We ask that the product have either an outer box with internal packaging or brown paper covering the product or reshipped in the same style that www.h-i-e.co.uk shipped the original product in. Please note that all product (s) must be sent back in the original retail packaging (i.e manufacturers retail box) this packaging must not be written on or labels attached as this would make the product(s) no longer resalable. In which case you would not be refunded and the item (s) will be reshipped to yourself at your cost. This does not affect your statutory rights.
