Dear HIE yesterday, at 09.00 I spoke to your customer service dept to say that a saniflo toilet I ordered had been delivered in a damaged state. I am writing to say that the service I have received from you has been, by any standards, excellent. I was called at 15.00 yesterday to arrange delivery of a replacement toilet and it arrived this morning at 09.00. You staff have been helpful, courteous, friendly and amazingly efficient.
